1. Where are your products made?

All items are made fresh on demand through our US fulfillment partner, Tapstitch. This ensures high-quality prints and reduces waste.


2. How long is processing time?

Processing usually takes 1–6 business days.

During holidays or sale periods, it may take slightly longer.


3. How long does shipping take?

United States: 5–7 business days (5–12 with delays)

Canada: 7–15 business days

UK & EU: 7–18 business days

Australia & NZ: 7–18 business days

Asia: 7–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Pawp Culture ships worldwide.

Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is made-to-order, we can only make changes within 12 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

6. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please double-check your size using our Size Guide before ordering.

Since everything is produced on demand, we cannot offer free size exchanges at the moment.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns and replacements for:

  • damaged items
  • misprints
  • incorrect products

We do not accept returns for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • wrong size chosen
  • change of mind

8. My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

If it hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us—we’ll check with the carrier.


9. What if my package is lost?

If your order is lost in transit, we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.

After 30 days with no delivery, we can issue a replacement.


10. Can items arrive separately?

Yes. To ship faster, items in your order may come from different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

12. Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift packaging, but you may send your order directly to the recipient.
